DAMAGED ITEMS / REFUND POLICY;

• Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. Report broken or damaged items to Eat Me Cookies by calling or texting (440) 708-6520 or emailing info@eatmecookiecakes.com.

• You may be asked to provide pictures of the damaged items(s) and/or packaging. Once reported we will be happy to send a replacement or refund you for the damaged product. * photo in original packaging, not yet removed from vacuum seal bag

• Upon seeing damaged items you will be refunded for total cost of product and shipping. Please allow 3-4 business days for the funds to return to your original payment method.
