SHIPPING:

• We do our best to ensure that your shipments are delivered on time but CANNOT guarantee delivery dates. Adverse conditions like weather and local events may delay your shipment, which are out of our control. 

• We offer three flat rate shipping options: ground shipping: 5-7 business days, priority shipping: 2-3 business days, & overnight shipping.

• All of our products are made fresh to order, so production takes place the day the order is received. Orders are then shipped the following day. Our cookies require approximately 12–24 hours for baking, decorating, and setting before they are ready to ship!

• Please note that ground shipping method is not a guaranteed service and that deliveries of packages shipping via ground method may be delivered outside of your selected delivery date. If you need delivery on a specific date, we recommend using an expedited delivery method.

• During Summer months, when temps are rising, we strongly advise choosing an expedited delivery method - the heat can cause cookie / icing damage
